Memorandum to the Executive Board of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA). We had a very good discussion ata our special Board meeting on Saturday, March the 30th. Some notes on what transpired will be sent out soon. The turn out for the meeting was small. We did not have a quorum to have an election of either encumbent Board members or new nominees. Wednesday, April the 24th at ACOA at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be looked upon as a continuation of the meeting of March 30th, because those who were present at that meeting cast their ballots.
