Memorandum on the formation of the American Committee on Africa. After a careful exploration of the field, it was unanimously agreed that no existing organization in the United States is now doing or is equipped to do in the future the job the American Committee must do. There are several organizations working on colonial problems at the United Nations, especially Roger Baldwin’s International League for the Rights of Man.
