We, The Rutgers Coalition for Total Divestment, wish to discuss the issue of total divestment at a meeting of the Board of Governor which is scheduled for tomorrow, May 10, 1985. However, Dr. Jean Sider, Secretary of the BOG, informed us this morning that while we be allowed to speak- three people may speak for three minutes each- the substantive issues of Apartheid and Divestment are not to be addressed. Students here at Rutgers have maintained a sit-in in front of Mandela Center (the Rutgers Student Center) for 28 days.
