Mailing about a shipment of 398 tons of nickel cathodes and 3,234,561 pounds of ferrochrome coming to the United States in violation of United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution 253 (1968). Thus far, we have confirmed that the S.S. African Meteor, owned by Farrell Lines and registered in New York, will attempt to bring these Rhodesian commodities into the port of Baltimore on June 9, 1973.
