Undated, 1983?

It was originally anticipated that, if the TransAfrica Forum could sell 3,500 subscriptions during its first year of operation, it would be able to cover almost one-third of its production costs. However, TransAfrica Forum subscriptions total only about 750 after nine months. TransAfrica Forum publications enhance understanding of foreign policy issues confronted by TransAfrica and its constituency. To effectively influence the Congress on policies toward Africa and the Caribbean, the TransAfrica constituency should have details of an issue readily available. The report includes NATIONAL NEWSPAPER PUBLISHER ASSOCIATION MEMBERS IN SUPPORT COMMITTEE AREAS.
