Mailing about the Eighth Annual Weekend with an all-day policy conference at Howard University hosted by TransAfrica Forum. The 4th Annual Conference of TransAfrica Forum, “Mobilizing for Participation in Foreign Policy” on May 31, 1985, will open with an address by Paula Giddings, author of “When and Where I Enter: The Impact of Black Women on Race and Sex in America.” Randall Robinson will be the Luncheon Speaker. Panels will be held on the Press & Foreign Policy, the Worldwide Food Crisis, Ideological Pluralism in the Caribbean, and Grassroot Participation in Foreign Policy.
