The House committee mark-ups of the Gray - Kennedy sanction legislation are expected to take place by the end of April and Senate mark-ups by the end of May. The memorandum includes swing list of members of four committees: House Foreign Affairs Committee, House Banking Committee, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and Senate Banking Committee. The House Subcommittee on Africa prepared these lists.
