The petition says demands that the South African Consulate be removed from Chicago because it is an arm of the South African government that is condoning and apologizing for this oppressive regime. The Consulate also arranges trade and bank loans that support apartheid and promotes trade that harms people in Chicago. The petition is to be returned to the Free South Africa Movement c/o TransAfrica/Chicago.
