Fundraising proposal for an event to be held at Sauer’s on June 11, 1983. The proposal outlines expenses for the buffet dinner and African decorations that will encircle the hall. Cheryl Johnson, the Emcee, will launch the program. Margaret Burroughs of the DuSable Museum will give a greeting, and then Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Jr. will speak for 20 minutes and introduce the keynote speaker, Randall Robinson. Drummers and the dancers will provide entertainment after the speakers.
