Dr. Herschelle Challenor addressing the Southern Regional Consultation on U.S. Policy Toward Africa organized by The Africa Fund. At the time, Challenor was Dean of the School of International Relations at Clark Atlanta University. In the early 1970s, she played an important role in the formation of TransAfrica.
