A fine program was conducted for visiting African Ambassadors, with a state-aided morning seminar dealing with business connections held at Roxbury Community College and a reception and dinner involving general community and business people held at the National Center of Afro American Artists. Dr. Willard Johnson made a presentation on “The Current Situation: Africa,” to an interested but small audience. The Support Group’s Secretary, Barbara Hemmingway, attended a meeting about the Cultural Boycott of South Africa at the United Nations HQ in New York on behalf of the Support Group.
