Round, black button with black and white photograph of Black Consciousness Movement (BCM) leader Steve Biko with a serious expression and deep shadows on his cheek and forehead. His name is written in two vertical lines in white letters. The button was presumably created after he was beaten to death by state security officers on September 12, 1977. Most likely this button was produced in the United States. Size: 1 inch across.
