Button made for Observers at the Namibia International Conference, held Brussels in May 1972. The round button shows the name of the conference and its location in white letters around the edge. Inside this ring is a blue background with the African continent, in gold, and Namibia, in black. Below the continent appears "Observer." The conference was convened by the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) of Namibia.
