English translation is "Freedom for Nelson Mandela." A round black button with a black and white photograph of the face of Nelson Mandela, with text in white around the bottom of the button. Most likely this button was created by the Anti-Apartheid Bewegun (Anti-Apartheid Movement) in what was then the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany).
