English translation: "Support the ANC - Help the ANC school in Tanzania" The light blue, round button has a child-like drawing of an open one-room building with a child sitting on a low stool. The drawing and all the words are in red. The button apparently was made as part of a campaign to raise money for the Solomon Mahlangu Freedom College (SOMAFCO), which was run by the African National Congress (ANC) for exiled students. Quite a few local groups in the Netherlands organized support for SOMAFCO, usually in cooperation with the Anti-Apartheids Beweging Nederland (AABN, the Dutch Anti-Apartheid Movement). The button porbably was produced by one of these groups.
