The red, round button features a leftward-facing profile of Agostino Neto wearing glasses, in black. The button honors Neto (1922-1979), a founder and long-time president of the MPLA, the liberation movement of Angola. He served as the first president on independent Angola, from 1975-1979. It is not known in what country this button was produced.
