David Dinkins (in front) and a colleague are taking large model keys to lay in front of the South African consulate in New York to demand that South Africa release all political prisoners. At the time, Dinkins was Manhattan borough president. This action was part of the Unlock Apartheid's Jails campaign initiated by The Africa Fund.
