Display of the "Unlock Apartheid's Jails" campaign in a Tower Records story in Phoenix. A petition on a clip board is ready for people to sign todemand that the South African government release all political prisoners. A box also is part of the display where people are invited to "Deposit Your Keys Here." The keys were symbolically delivered to South African government representatives in New York and Washington, D.C. This was one of 60 Tower Records stores that put up displays for this campaign, according to a press conference held in New York on September 28, 1987.
