African National Congress (ANC) leader Oliver Tambo in conversation with the Rev. Wyatt Tee Walker (with his back to the camera) at the first-ever international solidarity conference in Johannesburg. Tambo had been head the ANC's Mission in Exile. Walker was Chairperson and head of the delegation of the Religious Action Network (RAN) to this conference, as well as Vice President of the Board of the American Committee on Africa.
