"Die Wit Wolwe" painted in broad white brush strokes on a highway sign pointing to Namutoni, one of the entrances to Etosha National Park in northern Namibia. The grafitti proclaims the presence of the "White Wolves" racist death squad in the Tsumeb area at the time of the national election for a Constituent Assembly that would lead to Namibian independence from South Africa.
