Tall, rectangular sticker with a white background contains elements of a logo of the African National Congress (ANC) - a shield, spear, and wheel. The drawing is mostly in black, but the right side of the wheel is in red, with thin bands of yellow, green, and black (the colors of the ANC flag) outside that part of the wheel. An artistically drawn "70" appears over the wheel. The sticker was issued to mark the 70th anniversary of the ANC, then in exile. This sticker may have been produced by the ANC. Size: 2-3/8 x 3-1/4 inches.
