David Webster was assassinated outside his home on May 1, 1989. Over the past decade 59 Anti-Apartheid activists have been assassinated inside South Africa. A further 61 have been assassinated in exile. At least 30 others have "disappeared" or been abducted from neighboring states. No one has ever been charged for any of these crimes.
