"Free South Africa" is printed at the top of the white round button in the three colors of the African National Congress (ANC) flag - black, green, and yellow. In the middle of the button are two strong, black arms with hands formed in fists. The arms have metal cuffs on their wrists, and the chair between the cuffs is breaking. The remaining text is in red around the bottom half of the button. Most likely this button was produced in the United States. It is very similar to one produced by the U.S. Out of Southern Africa Network and may have been produced by that organization.
