Organizers of a Teach-In, Erin Winslow and Monroe Gilmour of Davidson Alumni Against Apartheid, at Davidson College. Winslow created the banner behind them. The Teach-In was organized by Charlotteans for a Free Southern Africa and sponsored by Davidson Students Against Apartheid organized. The event highlighted the college's investments in South Africa and other countries supportive of apartheid policies.
