Button issued to mark the 70th anniversary of the African National Congress (ANC), possibly created in Zambia. The number "70" and a spear that goes across the round button in a straight light behind the top of the "7" are both teal blue. Within the "0" is a muscular man raising a pickaxe, which defines about one-third of the outside edge of the circle. Size: 2-1/8 inches across.
