Rev. Jack Woodard telling reporters that the church of which he was the Rector, St. Stephen and the Incarnational Episcopal Church, had decided to withdraw its account from Riggs National Bank because of its loans to South Africa, Argentina, and Chile and racist lending practices in Washington, D.C.
