Coke Campaign
Atlanta, Georgia, United States
Early 1980s?
Round button with the symbol created for the campaign against Coca-Cola. "Coke" appears in black at the top of a light green continent of Africa, with South Africa in red. Across the continent is a round stop sign - a red circle with a line through it at an upward angle. On the bisecting red line is written "sweetens," and "apartheid" appears within the red ring at the bottom. This button was produced by the Coke Campaign that operated out of the AFSC Atlanta office and was manufactured by Donnelly/Colt Buttons in Hampton, Connecticut.
