Translation from Dutch: NELSON MANDELA RUN. The round button has three horizontal bands of black, green, and yellow, as they appear in the flag of the African National Congress (ANC). On each band is one word in a contrasting color: yellow on black, black on green, and green on yellow. The button was probably issued for a fund-raising run for the ANC.
