Three straight red lines with arrows at the end come from the edges of the poster until they reach the circle, then they angle away. The poster advertises a conference to be held at UNESCO House in Paris on May 20-27, 1981, sponsored by the United Nations in co-operation with the Organization of African Unity (OAU).
