The poster features a large black and white photograph of about a dozen African boys with their fists in the air. They are standing in front of bushes. The poster was produced by the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) in cooperation with Komitee Zuidelijk Afrika (KZA, Holland Committee on Southern Africa) sometime after the South African attack on a Namibian refugee camp at Cassinga in southern Angola in May 1978.
