Translation: IN MEMORY OF AMILCAR CABRAL. LEADER OF THE PAIGC, THE LIBERATION MOVEMENT OF GUINEA-BISSAU AND THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS, KILLED ON 20 JANUARY 1973. The poster features a dark yellow and blue rectangle divided into four quadrants.
