Activists from across the U.S. and Canada attended a Working Conference on Southern Africa held October 11-13, 1975 at the University of Wisconsin's Memorial Union in Madison, Wisconsin. The conference was hosted by the Madison Area Committee on Southern Africa (MACSA) and planned by the Washington Office on Africa, MACSA, and American Committee on Africa.
