Activists from across the U.S. and Canada attended a Working Conference on Southern Africa held October 11-13, 1975 at the University of Wisconsin's Memorial Union in Madison, Wisconsin. Barbara Isaacman is speaking; in the audience are Henry Bucher with his young son and Allan Cooper. All three were members of the by the Madison Area Committee on Southern Africa (MACSA). The conference was planned by MACSA, the Washington Office on Africa, and American Committee on Africa.
