A round button with the design of a stop sign - a red border and line going through the center. The white text appears on a bright blue background, above and below on the red line. At the time this button was made, the Reagan administration was aiding the Contras in Nicaragua against the elected government. In 1985, President Reagan imposed an embargo on U.S.-Nicaraguan trade while he opposed sanctions against apartheid South Africa.
