Translation from French: Liberer pour Batir = Liberate to Build. The round button is in the colors of the MPLA flag - yellow letters for "MPLA" and "Angola" on a red background, and black letters in the design like a round rubber stamp for “Liberer pour Batir." The button was probably produced in the French-speaking province of Quebec in Canada. Size: 1-3/8 inches across.
