Robert S. Browne of the Black Economic Research Center (BERC) being interviewed at the Havana Seminar with the MPLA. He was one of 26 people from the United States, who, at the request of the MPLA, in February 1976 whet to Cuba where the government hosted a seminar which brought together American sympathetic to their struggle in Angola. The twenty-six Americans, known as the Angola 26 Delegation, attended the seminar representing 19 organizations and five African American publications.
