The poster design is based on a map of Namibia. The central part of the design suggests a large red heart, with the color deepening towards the bottom. The heart shape is being squeezed or held in place by a black fist at the top left and a white fist at the top right, with fingers outlined in red and black. The map image also includes small light blue and light green sections at the top left and right. The entire image is surrounded by barbed wire. The drawing is on a beige background.
