Button produced by the U.S. union Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union (ACTWU) in solidarity with the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union of South Africa (ACTWUSA). ACTWUSA was formed through a merger of the National Union of Textile Workers (NUTW), Textile Workers Industrial Union (TWIU) and National Union of Garment Workers (NUGW) in November 1987. The round yellow button has an image at the center that may be three spools of thread, in different shades of green. The text is in red around the top and bottom of the button.
