This metal pendant - a round piece with a loop on the top - was apparently produced by or on behalf of the African National Congress for the Eighth Non-Aligned Summit in Harare, Zimbabwe 1986. It may have been produced in Zambia. The lettering is in metallic gold, with the main text on a black border around the edge and longer text on light purple in a circle in the middle. A small flying white bird appears in a gold circle, with a black rim, at the center of the design, with another gold circle above it. These images are superimposed on a gold image of the Great Zimbabwe ruins.
