Early 1980s?
This button was apparently issued shortly after Zimbabwe's independence in 1980. The round button features a drawing of a wall and tower of the Great Zimbabwe ruins; the top of the wall is at approximately the mid-line of the circle. Leafy trees fill a lot of the top half of the button. Between these trees is the Zimbabwe bird design in yellow, in front of a red five-point star. The text is in black around the bottom edge of the button, on a white background. This button may have been produced in Germany; perhaps by Solidaritätskomitee der DDR.
