Letter says we, the George Washington Voices for a Free South Africa, are promoting the cause of divestment here at George Washington University; we believe the time has come for wash our hands of the dirty system of apartheid and the white minority government which imposes it. The letter mentions The Common Fund, South African blacks, and peaceful change.
