Letter to Mr. Robert Weitz, New York City Commission on Human Rights, making a complaint that an advertisement by Union-Castle Line that appeared in the New York Times and a company representative in a subsequent discussion were both misleading and untruthful. Henry Lieberg claimed in the letter that the ad and employee claimed that no restrictions would be placed on Black travelers in the Republic of South Africa regarding transportation, hotels, and freedom of movement, despite apartheid.
