Webb was scheduled to address the National Summit on Africa he requested a briefing by Jennifer Davis in Washington, DC prior to his speech; Jennifer was joined by Trustee Salih Booker in a very productive exchange in which they presented Mayor Webb with an extensive memo on U.S. policy toward Africa.
