Postcard petition to Senator Pete Wilson urging him to support and vote for Senate Bill #507, the Anti-Apartheid Act Amendments of 1989. The petition says with many trade, military and intelligence ties to South Africa, the U.S. government must take leadership for helping to end the system of Apartheid. The government must commit itself to helping bring about democratic rule for the oppressed people of South Africa; democracy is as sacred in South Africa as it is in the United States.
