Leaflet issued as part of a campaign to get Harvard University to divest from companies doing business in South Africa. It is a reprint of an article from the February 11, 1988 Harvard Crimson "Bok: Board Should Not Present Vote," by Emily M. Bernstein. Bernstein reports that President Derek Bok urged the Board of Overseers not to present a formal vote on divestment to the Harvard Corporation. Bok said that doing so would not facilitate communication between the Board and the seven-man Corporation, which decides the University's investment policy. The leaflet mentions Overseers President Samuel C. Butler, Vice President and General Counsel Daniel Steiner, and Robert Shenton.
