Resolution 435 for the independence of Namibia, U.S. intelligence and military cooperation with South Africa, multilateralization of sanctions through international agreements, production of special nuclear material, an antitrust investigation of the South Africa-controlled international diamond cartel, South Africa's foreign exchange earnings from gold, South African consulates and honorary consulates, State Department report as to whether South Africa is engaged in state terrorism, U.S. ships transporting oil to South Africa, exporting oil to South Africa's oil industry, and requiring that departing U.S. companies negotiate with representatives of trade unions or other workers' associations.
