Leaflet issued as part of a campaign to get Stanford University to divest from companies doing business in South Africa. The leaflet says for over a year and a half South Africa has been a major issue here at Stanford. Despite the unanimous recommendation of the Trustees' own advisory committee (CIR), they voted against withdrawal of Texaco from South Africa. But they have yet to substantiate their claim that corporations are a progressive force in South Africa.
