The press release says the New Castle County Coalition for Divestment from South Africa will hold a candlelight vigil on January 14 outside the City-Council building prior to the session of the County Council. Divestment supporters will call on the County Council to override County Executive Rita Justice's veto of the Divestment Ordinance passed by the Council in a 4-3 vote on December 17, 1985.
