The report says The Africa Fund has received communication from Dr. M.A. D'Almeida, Director of Servico de Assistencia Medica (SAM), the Medical Assistance Service of the Movemento Popular de Libertacao de Angola (MPLA). SAM is currently constructing two small hospitals, with 45 to 50 beds, in the Sikongo and Kasamba areas.
