On the third anniversary of Nelson Mandela's release from prison, President Clinton is being urged to publicly condemn apartheid's violence and call for immediate democratic elections in South Africa. During STOP Apartheid Violence Week, February 7-14, petitions are being signed and protests are being organized in ten cities - New York, Detroit, Los Angeles, Seattle, Albany, Atlanta, Kansas City (Mo), San Francisco, Cleveland, and Detroit.
